2010 Flu Clinic Benefits Open Cupboard Food Pantry

The recent Clinton Sunrise Rotary Flu Clinic & Community Day, held in conjunction with Dr. Ron Frank, benefitted the Open Cupboard Food Pantry in Clinton.  Dr. Frank generously donated the proceeds of the clinic which amounted to $400.00.  Clinton Sunrise Rotary also collected food items and cash at the event and donated an additional $125.00 plus eleven bags of groceries.

A coat collection was part of the Rotary event, resulting in 50 coats being donated to Hunterdon Hispanos.  The Clinton Town Police were also on hand to conduct Kid-Ident fingerprinting and distribute materials helpful to area residents.

Dr. Frank held an earlier clinic at the Clinton Methodist Church.  That event netted $500.00 in donations to Open Cupboard from Dr. Frank and an additional $120.00 in cash from attendees.
